About Amal Jyothi

Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirappally founded in 2001, by the Catholic Diocese of Kanjirappally, has established itself as a benchmark of excellence in technical higher education and research. Amal Jyothi is approved by AICTE and affiliated to the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technichal University, Kerala. It is the first new generation engineering college in the state to secure the prestigious NBA accreditation for prime departments. The college is situated at Koovappally near Kanjirappally alongside the Kottayam – Erumeli - Sabarimala State Highway. The campus, sprawling over 60 acres of scenic landscape at the foothills of the Western Ghats, has been laid out so as to create a unique learning environment.


The Department of Computer Applications, Amal Jyothi College of Engineering in association with AMACE, ISTE Kerala is organizing one-day national conference on every year. This venue is for the Engineers, academicians, research scholars and students from the Universities all around the country and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry.

The conference will provide a platform for subject experts, researchers and business persons to discuss developments and technological advances in their area of expertise.

In this conference, applications and impacts of challenges faced in each research area will be taken up for discussion in a general forum consisting of experts from multiple fields. This will help researchers and industry experts to be more inclusive in their work.
